Join me for a 6-week journey of gentle, mindful movement designed to help you reconnect with your body and move through life with greater comfort and awareness.

Each class offers guided somatic movement in the tradition of Thomas Hanna, Ph.D., focusing on awareness, release, and nervous system re-education. Through slow, intentional movements, you’ll learn to unwind tension, improve posture, and restore natural ease in your daily life.

This series is perfect for anyone looking to reduce stress, relieve chronic muscle tightness, and deepen their mind-body connection.
