One-on-one Student Assessment and Instruction
Struggling with chronic pain, an injury that refuses to heal, a postural pattern that you just can't break out of? Interested in diving deeper and getting a professional eye on the problem?
Private sessions place the focus on your specific health concerns, and provide a safe, supported space for you to get to the bottom of what's been going on for you, in your body.
$120 for Initial 90min Session
$90 for Regular 75min Session
What does a private session involve?​

Thorough assessment including a complete health history

Discussion of current health concerns, goals, and expectations

Front-side-back photos before and after each session (as a visual aid for learning)

Discussion of your presenting tension patterns

Guidance through a gentle series of exercises that address your most dominant tension pattern(s) and integrates the new sensations into full-body patterns of movement

Take-home Resources and ongoing support between appointments to ensure your success
I will provide detailed written instructions for each of the exercises taught following each session. A commitment to daily home practice of these exercises is crucial for substantial and continuous improvement. The exercises taught are enjoyable movements that are natural to the human body, and very calming for the nervous system overall. ​
How many sessions will I need and how often?
I offer an initial 90 minute session, with subsequent 75 minute sessions. Weekly sessions for the first 2-3 weeks are an important first step for building your awareness of movement and breath. Most neuromuscular complaints will see significant improvement within these first few sessions. Any follow-up sessions will depend on the individual and can be spaced out as you see fit.
In-person Sessions
My in-person sessions are conducted at Coeo Healing Collective in the neighbourhood of Victoria Park, near downtown Calgary.
My current in-person hours are Friday mornings from 7am-2pm.
Sessions are conducted on a wide-dimension thick floor mat (or table depending on mobility), seated in a chair, and standing. Client remains fully clothed throughout and the practice involves very minimal touch.

Virtual Sessions
If you're not located in Calgary, no worries, we can still work together. Virtual appointments are available to clients across Canada. These appointments are done over Zoom and scheduled according to mutual availability, but still require weekly sessions for the first 2-3 weeks.
Please note: If you have the ability to come in-person for your initial session but can only do virtual follow up sessions, although not mandatory, this option is preferred to working completely online. Having you in the room with me for our first meeting gives me access to more information about your body and improves the likelihood of successful treatment.
