At Solana Somatics, we help women in pain reconnect with their soma by restoring the brain–body pathways that make movement feel safe, coordinated, and easeful. Instead of bracing or forcing alignment, we rebuild neural connections and subtract patterned tension. When the nervous system re-learns how to let go, function returns, posture organizes naturally, and pain gives way to possibility.

After extensive training in somatic movement instruction, I am one of only three Somatic Movement professionals teaching in Calgary in the tradition of Thomas Hanna.


I help women relieve muscle and joint pain, release chronic tension, and restore freedom of movement—naturally. As a guest panelist at Inspiration Wellness CCOV, my work bridges neuroscience-based movement education with lived, embodied experience.


Having resolved my own SI joint pain and long-standing lower back tension—and dramatically deepened my movement intelligence even after 20 years of dance training—I now guide others toward movement that feels easeful, confident, and joyful.
